tah Advanced Communications Training (UACT) is a virtual workshop designed to enhance the communication skills of University of Utah Health employees who directly interact with patients. Tailored for healthcare providers, the training covers various communication tools, including setting agendas during initial visits, responding to emotions, delivering serious news, discussing care goals and prognosis, handling medical errors, managing conflicts, and addressing microaggressions.
