eam members and leaders at every level are working together to focus on the Hospitals and Clinics (UUHC) Financial Action Plan. This takes incredible perseverance and collaboration which has generated significant progress for our system over the past fiscal year. This is just the beginning of our multi-year journey towards financial strength, to ensure we can meet the needs of our growing teams, programs, and community. 

Part of this journey has demonstrated the need for more education and information regarding our finances and the processes involved that leaders oversee. That is why we have created a series of brief articles focused on all things finance, from a variety of leaders across the system. While these articles may not answer every question related to finance and budgeting, we hope they empower leaders to engage in the process and learn together!
